We move again... SOON!!!

Hello friends and family!

Just wanted to let you all know that God works in most wonderful ways. We have spent the last couple of weeks trying to get a place in Calgary. We have been real specific as we have a budget, area of town and what we are looking for. We were calling and searching the net and everything that we found was either full or not available right away. We had come across this one property and we were real interested in it but their website said that they will not take pets. So I emailed them and asked them if they make exceptions to the rule as we had come across a few properties like that. They emailed me back and said that for a one time non refundable fee they would take cats. So Phil got on the phone to see if they had any availabilities. She said that they had nothing in the 2 bedroom range but would put us on a cancellation list. So Phil called me to deliver the news. I was a little bummed, but oh well. So then I got home from shopping only to discover a message on the machine. They just had a cancellation and if we were interested to call back. Definately! We called back and left a message. We got a hold of them the next morning and were on our way minutes later to go and see the place. We saw it, loved it and signed the lease! Thanks to all of you who were praying for us on Wednesday!

The place is pretty nice and a lot smaller than here. It is a two bedroom two level appartment. There are two major shopping areas in a matter of blocks. We are about two blocks to the LRT (light rail transit... which runs right to AUC!). It is perfect! I will be able to take the transit to school and if I decide to transfer with Staples I am only about a 5 minute drive to the store from our place. We will have to see what happens in terms of a job for me as I have also got a good response from Christian Publications which is two blocks from AUC. So now I have to decide which job I want. I will be doing some exploration into the two jobs this week and some praying to know which job I should take! When the Lord provides, he does really provide. We will be moving at the end of the month which is a little later than we were hoping. The landlady said that if the current tenants move out sooner and she can get the place cleaned and painted early then we can move in a little early. We are just waiting for her call! For those of you who know Calgary we are situated in the NW at the end of the LRT in Dalhousie! We are super excited and look forward to being in Calgary! Thanks again to all who have been praying for us... we really appreciate it!

Now we are busy packing and cleaning and I am getting ready for school. I am really excited to be finished and look forward to graduating in April!
