Another week has come and gone and I really feel as though I have done nothing. Thinking back on this past week I can't even remember what happened (I guess that is because this weekend I got another year older, which means as I get older I lose my mind!).
I had thought that spring was right around the corner as the weather was warming up and the sun was beginning to shine more and warmer, but today I woke up to SNOW! And as I sit here now typing it continues to snow and it's the big fluffy snowflakes. I have enjoyed winter, I don't mind it, I just really want spring to get here. I have this need to get out and go walking and jogging, but that is a little tough to do when it is cold and the stroller doesn't seem to navigate too well through the snow. I am ready to do some spring cleaning as well.
As I was going through the house this past week I noticed that there are clothes that need to be donated, toys that need to be packed up, and general cleaning of the kitchen cupboards and other things in the house. I am seriously contemplating taking a day or two off of work and just clean the house - top to bottom. But I sort of want to do it when it is nice. The garage also needs a good clean out, but that needs to wait for spring.
Sigh, when will winter be over?
