I guess it has been awhile since I last updated this page. Life has been a little busy and whenever Phil and I have time off together we like to hang out (it doesn't happen that often).
I guess work is going well. I like to believe that I am not part of the "inner circle" at work. Over the weekend they invited me to hang out with them twice! I couldn't go on the Friday night, but on Saturday night Phil was working so I decided to go bowling with them! It was a lot of fun and I came to realize that they don't invite everyone to these functions! So, I feel pretty special!
Today I will be working in the copy center for the first time. I hope that everything goes well. I have only worked in the copy center for four hours and basically I learned how to use the computer/till and do laminating! So, hopefully today I will either learn more or it won't be very busy! The rest of the job is going pretty good so no complaints!
Phil and I had Sunday off together so we decided to go and check out a different church. We went to Kentwood Alliance Church. We have been at Deer Park Alliance (the mother church) and we enjoyed it. We found that Kentwood is more contemporary and very laid back. The atmosphere was very different and I am not sure whether or not we really enjoyed it. I guess it deepends on what kind of atmosphere you want when you go to church. So on our next day off we are going to go and check out another church. We probably won't be in Red Deer for too long so we feel ok going to a variety of churches. We are learning that there are different ways to structure services and do church!
Well, I need to go and get ready for work. Hopefully I will find some time later this week to update with pictures and other neat information!
