Time for an Update

Ok, so I thought it was time for me to just give you a little update as to what has been transpiring in the life of the Yee's. Well, actually not that much is new with us. Phil has been busy with work and I have been sick again. Sick for the third time in four months. It is starting to get a little crazy. I don't know what is wrong with me. Any advice for someone who gets sick often?

Our week has been a little slow. Phil was in Calgary last week and then the weekend was pretty busy, but this week has been pretty slow which is nice. We are getting caught up on laundry, cleaning and spending some time together. We have been able to take advantage of the lovely weather! YES, it is getting warmer! We went for a walk the other day at 7pm and it was still light! I am thrilled that the snow is melting and the grass is now visible. The only downfall is that there are huge (and when I say huge, I mean swallow your car huge) pot holes and puddles. This city is terrible for those things! There have been road signs that tell you to be careful because there are holes and water on the road! You know it's bad when the city has to put up road signs! If I have a chance this weekend or next week I will try and post some pictures of some of the holes around our house! Although they are calling for more snow this next week, so we will have to see what Mother Nature brings to us!

The house stuff is coming along ok. We are just trying to get all the finances together. Boy, no one ever tells you how much work it is to get all your finances in order and get the approval for the mortgage and then you have to look for a place and then put in an offer. So far we are at the finance part. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks we will be in the looking phase. We have a realtor at church and he is going to help us find a place to live! We are very excited about that!

I can't think of anything else worth reporting on today. Life is busy but it is good and we are enjoyig it a lot! Take some time to smell the new grass that will soon be here!

I'm sorry you are getting sick. Do you get hay fever? I often get sick in spring and fall because of all the dust kicking up etc. Are you taking echinacea? I took it till I found out I was allergic to it and I stopped getting sick!
